The Duel Cup
The Duel Cup is an annual knockout competition organized in parallel with the FPL Duel League.
It traditionally involves the teams competing in the top flight tier of the FPL Duel Premier League.
The tournament is played in a knockout stage format. It starts at the quarter-finals stage (last 8) where the top 8 league teams take part in a random draw at week 36. None of the teams are seeded. It carries on with the semi-finals at week 37 and concludes with The Duel Cup FINAL at the last day of the Fantasy Football weekend, gameweek 38.
The current holders are Newmill United, who won the last edition of the cup, the The Duel Cup 2018-19 by beating Invincibles 2004 in the final.
The next edition of the competition is scheduled to be the 2019-20 The Duel Cup
