Group Stage[edit]

The ten teams were allocated randomly to two groups of 5 teams each. The format of the group stage was a round-robin single match tournament.

The top two teams of each group would advance to the knockout stage.

In the event of a tie, the following criteria would apply:
1. Points in the matches among tied teams.
2. Goal difference in the matches among the tied teams.

Group A[edit]

Group A was won by Calcio d'Angolo and the second place was taken by Euric FC. The first round of the group proved pivotal and its results determined who would qualify as a runner-up. Euric FC won their match against For Fox Sake!. This turned out to be the reason why Euric FC qualified, because it granted them the advantage of a head-to-head comparison against For Fox Sake!. The other match, Kvoth vol2 vs Heaven and Hell, which was a draw, also hurt both of these teams, because they both lost two important points which did not allow them to tie for the second place in the last round.
